My name is Kelley, I am the owner of Cottonwood Handmade! I am a mama, a photographer, and a graphic designer turned soap maker in a small town of central New York. I have studied, formulated, and created for two years before opening my business to my community in 2022. My love for the environment and the joy that I feel in nature has inspired me to edit my footprint as well as educate and encourage others to shop small business, choose natural, and trust handmade.
All of our artisan products are handmade in Oriskany, New York.
We create in small batches with a lot of care and attention to ensure the highest level of quality. While we are driven by our love for nature, our brand has been built around health, healing, and our passion for the environment. We proudly offer recycled, reusable, and biodegradable packaging to reinforce our zero waste efforts. Our carefully formulated recipes are made with ethically sourced, locally harvested, sustainable, and natural ingredients that are free of harsh chemicals, detergents, phthalates, and parabens. We grow or forage botanicals, and buy or trade with local farms for milk, honey, wax, and fats.
